Yes, rates are cheaper based on hourly rate.  Services available will have varied rates to allow for flex based on client needs and preference.  

If you plan on self -representing in court, Case Clarity Services can assist wth your evidence organization to allow for a more clear and concise court presentation.  

If you plan on hiring a lawyer or already have a lawyer, Case Clarity Services can assist with evidence details, providing additional insight through the organization and review.  

Sometimes evidence is missed by either the client or lawyer or not used the most effective way in court.   Your lawyer leads your case.  Case Clarity Services focuses on evidence as an additional service.  

Evidence comes in physical, testimonial, documentary with digital evidence spanning across many areas.  You may think you only have a few pieces of evidence but after a review and organization, you may find that you have other useful pieces of evidence that will help your lawyer strategize your case.  

Yes, of course.  Rates are flexible based on what works best for you.  

Please call or schedule a free 30 minute consultation using the appointment options page for appointment up until post intake.  During the free 30 minute consultation call you will be able to ask questions about available services and speak with Amy directly.  

During the 1 hour intake meeting your case is reviewed in detail.  Amy learns your situation, your concerns, and what you are looking for.  At that time, if Amy thinks she will be able to support she will review service options to you.  Amy does not look for billable hours with no results. Amy wants to help in cases where her services can be beneficial to the client such as lower legal costs, less stress and more awareness to the evidence in the case.

Case Clarity Services works with individuals, lawyers and paralegals.  An example, Amy has worked along side the client on calls with the lawyer when reviewing evidence and strategy. The lawyer, client and Amy had discussions about evidence strategy.  

Amy will also work with lawyers directly to strengthen evidence use in a case. 

Amy is not a lawyer.  Her investigative background of 20+  years makes her evidence organization and review is an add-on service to the court preparation process.   Amy will not remove any evidence from the lawyers knowledge.
